If the case is appropriate, we send our referral form and ask for the core documents
Viability and Risk Review
We complete a paper-based viability assessment, consider supervision requirements and check whether we can meet the timescale.
Acceptance and Pre-Admission
If the placement is viable, the placing authority confirms funding, and we agree on an admission plan.
Placement Begins
On admission, we hold a planning meeting, introduce the key worker and outline house rules and monitoring arrangements.
